1) Scope & Acceptance
These Terms govern the CPCM Membership, benefits, cards (including supplementary cards), balances, promotions, and redemptions at CPCM Malaysia outlets and official online channels. By registering, using, or accessing any CPCM membership feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2) Eligibility & Registration
Open to individuals aged 13+ (under 13 with parent/guardian consent).
A valid mobile number and minimal personal details are required.
One (1) primary membership per person. CPCM may allow supplementary cards linked to a primary account.
3) Membership Cards & Accounts
Your physical/digital card is your identifier for gameplay, balances, and redemptions.
Keep your card and PIN secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your card(s) unless you report loss/theft to CPCM.
Replacement cards may incur a fee; remaining valid balances will be transferred.
4) Balances & Expiry
Unless otherwise stated in a promo, the standard expiry periods apply:

* “Last Activity” means a qualifying load/use where stated by product. Expired balances are not restorable unless required by law or expressly stated by CPCM.
5) Loyalty Tiers & Tier Points
Tiers: Red, Gold, Platinum, Ruby, Diamond.
Tier Points are earned only when Tickets are deposited into the member card via Ticket Counting/Shredding Machines or through approved game card exchanges.
Tier Points expire 1 year from the date of the last ticket load (rolling).
Tier Points affect tier status and tier benefits only; they do not change or multiply tickets earned from games.
6) Supplementary Cards
A supplementary card shares the same Tokens and Cow Dollars balances as the primary account and may perform gameplay and redemptions (merchandise, Cow Points, Kuji Points, etc.).
Issuance requires the primary member’s explicit WhatsApp/ written authorization and undertaking.
The primary member is fully responsible for all supplementary card usage, transactions, and redemptions.
7) Benefits & Bonuses
Tier Unlock Bonus / Birthday Treat / Weekly Free Tokens / Monthly Bonus Tickets are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Birthday Treat
Added on the 1st day of your birthday month and valid only within that month. Unused balance expires at month-end.
Weekly Free Tokens (corrected policy)
Granted per visit when you tap your member card at CPCM during an eligible week.
Valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Unused weekly tokens expire thereafter.
Limitations may apply (e.g., once per calendar week per outlet/account).
Monthly Bonus Tickets
Credited after the 7th of every month, calculated on tickets stored one month before (as per machines).
Validity: 2 years from issuance.
Redemption Events & Special Perks
Selected tiers may receive event invites or SMS offers. All are while stocks last and may be outlet-specific.
8) Depositing Tickets (Eligibility for Tier Points)
Cumulative Tickets must be deposited into your card via the Ticket Counting/Shredding Machine to be eligible for Tier Points and any ticket-based calculation.
Manual adjustments are at CPCM’s discretion for machine faults only (with proof).
9) Online Purchases & E-Vouchers
Online prices apply to online purchases only and may differ from in-store.
Online purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash; unused balances are not refunded.
E-vouchers are single-use and must be credited to a registered membership card within 1 year of purchase.
Prices shown are subject to SST/GST where applicable.
10) Promotions & Stock
All promotions are subject to availability / while stocks last.
CPCM may change, suspend, or end any promotion without prior notice and may reject purchases/orders that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or breach these Terms.
11) Conduct & Fair Play
Abusive behavior, tampering, exploiting machines/systems, or fraudulent activity (including misuse of supplementary cards or benefits) may lead to account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or a ban.
12) Loss, Theft, Errors
Report lost/stolen cards immediately at the outlet or via support.
CPCM is not liable for charges before loss is reported.
Obvious system/machine errors will be rectified at CPCM’s discretion upon verification.
13) Data & Communications
We process your data per our Privacy Policy.
By joining, you consent to receive essential service messages (e.g., balance, expiry, benefits). Marketing messages are opt-in and can be managed anytime.
14) Service Changes & Termination
CPCM may modify membership structures, tiers, benefits, accrual rules, expiries, or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on our website/in-store.
CPCM may suspend/terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or misuse.
15) Intellectual Property
All CPCM marks, graphics, and content are owned by CPCM or its licensors. No rights are transferred to members.
16) Liability & Disclaimers
Membership and services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPCM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
17) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
