In-Store Terms & Conditions of Use
By entering and using the facilities of Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia (CPCM), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These rules are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all customers.
1. Gameplay & Machine Use
• Tokens, game credits, and member cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• CPCM is not responsible for gameplay interruptions, power outages, or machine downtime.
• Banging, shaking, kicking, or hitting machines is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be immediately removed and may be blacklisted.
• Damaging machines intentionally or due to reckless behaviour will result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
• Any use of non-CPCM tokens or counterfeit tokens/cards is a criminal offense. CPCM reserves the right to report such acts to authorities.
2. Promotions, Displays & Pricing
• Promotional materials and display artwork are for general reference only. In case of discrepancies between displayed labels or posters and the system’s official pricing, the system record shall prevail.
• CPCM is not liable for typographical or labelling errors.
• All promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Staff Communication
• All official information, prices, and offers are based on CPCM’s system and written policies.
• CPCM is not responsible for any verbal miscommunication or inaccurate information provided by employees.
• Customers are encouraged to verify promotions or pricing at the cashier counter before purchase.
4. Redemption & Ticket Handling
• All redemptions are final and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• CPCM’s system records on ticket balance and redemption items are final and binding.
• Tampering with ticket counters, ticket counting machines, or collaborating to manipulate ticket accumulation is considered fraud and will result in account termination and possible police report.
5. Membership Abuse & Multiple Accounts
• CPCM reserves the right to audit and consolidate accounts found using the same or similar mobile numbers, emails, or linked devices.
• Multiple account creation to avoid fees (replacement, supplementary cards, etc.) is prohibited.
• CPCM reserves the right to suspend or close accounts with duplicated credentials or suspicious activity without refund.
6. Customer Conduct
• Rude, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated.
• CPCM reserves the right to refuse service or blacklist customers exhibiting verbal abuse, harassment, or repeated misconduct.
• All disputes should be handled calmly. Physical or verbal aggression will lead to immediate removal from the premises.
7. Security & Safety
• CPCM uses CCTV surveillance for safety and security.
• Shoplifting or theft will be reported immediately to the police.
• In the event of a missing child or parent, customers should immediately alert CPCM staff or security.
• CPCM will assist in reporting but will not be held liable for incidents involving unattended children or guardianship negligence.
8. Health & Hygiene
• All arcade equipment and facilities are sanitized daily.
• CPCM is not responsible for claims of illness, dizziness, or discomfort after gameplay.
• Customers with heart conditions, epilepsy, or other medical risks should avoid high-intensity games.
• Any health incident (e.g., fainting, heart attack) will be referred immediately to medical authorities; CPCM shall not be held liable.
9. Lost & Found
• CPCM is not liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen personal items.
• Found items are kept for seven (7) days before disposal or handover to mall security.
10. Legal & Enforcement
• Any form of fraud, counterfeit token use, or machine tampering may result in a police report.
• If a customer lodges a complaint or police report, CPCM will cooperate fully with authorities and provide all system logs as evidence.
• CPCM reserves the right to temporarily close any outlet due to government compliance inspections, licensing checks, or police operations without compensation to customers for unused tokens or credits.
11. Limitation of Liability
• CPCM shall not be held responsible for:
o Service interruption due to maintenance, inspections, or government orders.
o Loss of data, tokens, or tickets due to system errors beyond control.
o Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from facility usage.
12. Management Rights
• CPCM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate these Terms at any time.
• Management decisions are final and binding in all disputes or exceptional cases.
